The executive decisions of Pathway To Recovery are vested in the volunteer Board of Directors, whose powers include the authority to perform any and all acts and functions consistent with the by-laws of the corporation. Membership within the Board is activated, terminated, and policed by the membership itself, using the provisions of the corporate bylaws. Members are recruited by the Executive Committee of the Board, however unsolicited applications are accepted for review.
The major interest areas represented include: business, finance, medicine, education, government, law, law enforcement, communications, the arts, the faith community, and social service.
Board members serve for up to two - three year terms. Officers serve for two year terms with one reelection possible.
We strive to maintain a gender, ethnic and age balance as well as individuals from the recovering community.
